JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: my xe 1200 MOD no TWPO36CIOOA2 Serial no W24INESFF shorted out I had a company C&L in Anderson, SC replaced my fan motor 2 years ago and its what shorted out (but I am not saying you figure) a black wire going to the breaker shorted
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes if I can get a picture of what shorted out the black wire going to the breaker and the red wire going to the fan also a black wire with a blue stripe leading to the other side of the unit shorted (and just to remind you that all these were involved in the fan motor that shorted out) I was a little rude to the girl that answered the call when I called the company and they said I had to pay before they even investigated
JA: PayPal, Debitcard or credit card are all fine.
Customer: no thanks sorry but I truly can"t afford it I still may have to replace my fan
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: i got to rewire it first
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
