Customer Question

Heat elements come on, heat up, click off...temp is above thermostat setting, & the fan does not come on (fan works fine). When I set the thermostat above current temp, furnace works as normal. Do I have a malfunction sequencer, or ??
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: New filter. New thermostat.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: As much as I can.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Should I pull the sequencers & test them?
