Customer Question

I have 3 error codes e02 e04 e37 what do these mean? And how do I get an error code manual so that I don't need to bother anyone in the future!
JA: How old is the appliance? Have you gotten error messages before?
Customer: It's about 7 years old and yes I get error codes like this every fall when it's time for big heat! I have a boiler mate for my hot water, so it's not like the boiler hasn't ran in 6 months!
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes!
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No! If you need model or serial numbers I have them!

E02 is ignition failure, E04 is power lost after lock out (did you turn the power of to try a reset?). E37 is return temp sensor open circuit (bad sensor or bad connection to sensor)
