I believe this unit needs a new circuit board...there is a little red light that is not working...could that be why the unit will not fire up?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: Unit will not fire on any of the zones thermostats..Where are the filters located?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?

You should have a pro check this out. It could be a bad board, could also be a bad transformer or other power input problem.
