I had a grinder pump, model Farrell 210, which began

Customer Question

I had a grinder pump, model Farrell 210, which began operating slowly and for long time. I called a local plumber and he replaced that pump with a new one IGP-A-RFK. First, the plumber could not secure a lid of the pump to the tank because model 210 had 10 bolts openings but IGP-only six. Second, this IGP pump makes occasional spills out due to excessive vibration, moves (no bolts) and stops working from time to time. Are both models compatible or Farrell 210 should be replaced with the same model because IGP does not work properly?
