Customer Question

Hello. My Kelvinator air conditioner has a blocked drainage pipe. I am trying to take the outer cover off so that I can locate the drain pip but after removing all visible screws I am unable to pull it off with ease.
JA: How long has this been going on? And how severe is the problem?
Customer: It started last night. I woke to a puddle of water on the floor
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes. I live in the tropics and cannot sleep without air con. I am hoping to fix it myself tonight before bed. I have seen it done on a daikin air con unit in my previous house. But the kelvinator doesn't come apart as easy
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No not really other than it is a Inverter split Room Air conditioner as per user manual

Hello for a quick fix you can locate the condensate drain tube outside the house and blow air through it to to unblock the drain.
