were is the heat sensor located on a RUUD Deluxe 80 Plus furnace ? My burner starts up and shuts off ri
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Yes on both
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: if posible I had a service tech look at it last week and he said the would get back to me and I called again and still have not received return call
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I replaced the inter because the one that was in there did not seem to light up as much

It is a single steel rod about 2" long sticks in burner flame on opposite side from the igniter.It can be cleaned using a dollar bill or fine sand paper.Below is a generic video showing how to do this,Will be slightly different from your furnace but will give you a good idea.
