When my burners in my furnace light up, it sounds really rough like they are not lighting up right away. What can i do? Its a high efficiency furnace.

This is usually caused by dirty burners. You'll have to remove the burners and clean them

Hey thanks for your response. I have already cleaned the burners. Theae burners dont actually go into the flue.

Ill be more specific. The burners on my furnace (tempstar) sit outside the heat exchanger and the flame is directed towards the heat exchanger. Ive removed them and cleaned them which they didnt seem to be dirty at all.

Sounds like you have in shot burners. Do they all light up? If they all light up they're probably OK. Inshot burners are noisier than more conventional burners.
