Customer Question

I am new to this site so , of course, I have no password ***** this site. My furnace is less than 6 months old and does not turn on.
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: Yes, the filters are clean. The blower used to run continuously at all temperatures, but now nothing happens.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: i would like to as it seems that I can.t program the thermostat. The furnace is only a few months old.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Have a second HVAC unit for half of the split-level house and it works fine.
