Customer Question

I have a White Rodgers thermostat, and a new HVAC unit, but it does not turn on
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: , and I can't seem to program it for anything.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes, I'd like to as it did work fine when installed a few months ago.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: It is getting electricity, no circuit breakers are off, and the blower motor switch is on, but nothing happens.

What is the brand and model number of your furnace? do you mean the fan switch on the thermostat is on?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
the fan switch for the blower is on. The furnace is only 5 months old and is a Goodman, but I can't tell the model: GMS9 to GCSSS92- 6 possible models. It worked fine for 4 months, now is silent.
