I am trying to relight the fire place. But I can not find

Customer Question

Hi there, I am trying to relight the fire place. But I can not find the igniter button next to the pilot nob inside the fireplace.
JA: Just to clarify, what type of fireplace is this?
Customer: I don't know.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes, if I can find the igniter
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: This fireplace has a remote switch. It was working just a few days ago. For some reason the pilot light went off.

Your fireplace may not have a manual igniter. I need the brand and model number of the unit.
