My air conditioning is running but the air is not coming out

Customer Question

hello! My air conditioning is running but the air is not coming out cool. I tried adjusting the thermostat but I think I am doing something wrong. Can you help me with this?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: I did double check the settings but I think I am doing something wrong. All of the filters are fine.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I just thought I could ask for help with the settings and adjust them myself. I just am not sure of what the settings should be.
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Not that I can think of. The heat/air conditioning pump is running fine.

Is both indoor and outdoor units running? If so feel of the large copper line between indoor and outdoor units and tell me if it is ambient temperature, slightly cool or cold like a drink from the cooler.
