had a power outage and thermostat hmi indicates that the HUM jumper has to be changed to yes, recently had defective coil changed by tech, on waranty,can i do this myself, presently hold master electricians certification

Customer: please wait will type exact verbiage from HMI HAVE TO GO DOWN STAIRS
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: IF I CAN have no heat at present and HVAC tech,s are so busy with major service problems after power outage
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: this is the first time the display has indicated this problem and i have no idea as to where this jumper may be located as the HMI is locked out for the error , need location of area and description , if it may be changed manual or is it an electronic function.
