I have a Evcon furnace, model #DGAT090BDF, I just replaced

Customer Question

I have a Coleman Evcon furnace, model #DGAT090BDF, I just replaced my thermostat. the furnace will start when I heat the house. When I try my a/c unit the a/c unit will start but the furnace does nothing. I think its the drain line that is clogged. what do you think?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: yes and just changed filters
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: maybe?
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: where is the drain tray located on this furnace?

Answer:

Check the condensate pump to see if it is blocked. Also check the furnace control board for an error code and let me know what you find.
