Replaced a generic furnace control on an American Standard

Customer Question

replaced a generic furnace control on an American Standard AUD120C960K0 with a W-R CNT 05165......problem is the input for the 24 volt transformer leads. The old board had stakeons, while the CNT uses the 12 pin connector. I think I can insert the leads into the 12 pin connector, but don't know which positions. I am trying to find the make of the old board, but haven't found any markings yet.
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: are you there?
JA: No. I'm the HVAC Technician's Assistant.
Customer: ok....can you help me? or direct me to a schematic for the CNT 05165?
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I'm an HVAC tech
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: nope

sorry for such a delay. I just logged on and saw you had not been helped yet.

See HERE for pin locations. Note that count goes vertical not horizontal.
