Can you look in outdoor unit and verify the outdoor temp sensor is indeed connected to control wiring?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Everything looks connect by looking at it, but why would my outdoor unit wire would become disconnected with it being secure?

The outdoor sensor may have actually failed or a wire could have vibrated loose. Can you give me model on thermostat and outdoor unit if you want to troubleshoot?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Thermostat is TRANE (not sure why so many different companies) model no:TZEMT400BB32MAA model Z-Wave thermostat
LED panel model: HZ432 (LED on panel zone 2 light is solid red. Label on panel indicates that zone LED is closed.
Unit model no:14HPX-030-230-19
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
LED panel is with the indoor unit separate from the thermostat, and the unit model no: I sent is the one outside
Expert:  airheatman replied 11 months ago.

OK if you have not done so, make sure this little plug connector has not vibrated off of board in outdoor unit

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
No I haven't done that as yet, but it's night time and I wouldn't be able to check for that right now. Also looking at you schematic diagram it would be hard for me to locate that without a broader view
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Would we be able to continue on this conversation tomorrow evening
Expert:  airheatman replied 11 months ago.

Now I was told on these units its commons for the safe T-switch (model no.SS2) can trip due to drain pipe clogging but my drain pan isn't full
Customer: replied 11 months ago.
