My air conditioner repairman has set the thermostat at a certain degree & I can not change it. How do I reset this?
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: What do you mean? It has been set at a certain degree and I can not change it to a lower degree
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: I would like to reset the thermostat so that I can set it to a lower degree

What is mode on thermostat? If you do not know remove front cover and look inside.
