I have a m1m series furnace the control module status

I have a Coleman m1m series furnace the control module status indicator is flash four times,lock out due to failed ignition.It flames but then goes out and the yellow flame indicator light never comes on.What could be my problem.

At one end of the burner is your ignitor. At the opposite end is a sensor. Locate this flame rod sensor in front of the burner and clean it with steel wool. Then try furnace.
