Boiler tries to start but air flow switch does not make all

boiler tries to start but air flow switch does not make all the time. But after several tries it will start. Air flow switch has been replaced,but still has several tries. Checked air flow and it 1.5. Located at 4900 Ft elevation
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: Thermostat ok. No filters on boiler
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes Have worked for Johnson Controls for 20 + yrs

Customer: This unit is 15 yrs old has done it from start
