Does a Payne ac unit have a reset button
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: The unit is come on but no air is coming out
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Everything on the unit work but the air is not coming through the vent inside the house

As a rule, there is not a reset button as such. Most likely reason is bad capacitor, bad motor , or iced up coil.

Lets start with the most simple things.

1.Make sure filter is clean

2. Check to see if blower id running- Place a piece of tissue paper against return grill and see if we have suction drawing on it.

Blower will be in the air handler or furnace.If you can find the grille where filter goes we can put a piece of paper against it to see if it stays drawn against grill to verify if blower is on.
