I have an edenpure 1000 that turns on but does not heat
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat's settings? And what about the filters?
Customer: I cleaned the filter and have the red lights on up to high
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: No it looks like a simple disassambly just screws

It would seem to me that the heating element has burnt out, It can be confirmed by measuring the 2 terminals that powers the element with a volt meter. if you get 120 volt replace element.
