I apologize but I am misunderstanding your intro of the question. What does "only if its free" mean

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
if i do not have to pay for this service you are providing
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
i was wondering if i have to replace the lower fan
Expert:  BillyHvac replied 1 year ago.

Ok I understand now.

We are all professionals from various fields and we work here during our off hours from our regular jobs.

The idea is if you called a hvac service tech to look at it for you it would cost you a minimum of $100 for the service call.

Here you can get the advice for a fraction of that. While this is a customer satisfaction site, it is still based on the techs being compensated a small portion for their time.

If you wish to work with a tech for free, I will open this up to the category and see if someone can assist you

i can get a profession hvac tech for maximum price of $30 just to look at it for however long it takes him to figure out the problem, unfortunately he is not avaiable till next week, i am trying to figure out if i just need to replace the lower fan
Expert:  BillyHvac replied 1 year ago.

That is a great price.

Every company I have ever worked for or around has a minimum service charge or truck charge just to pull in the driveway.

The only way a company could stay in business with that price is if it is a 1 man show doing it as a hobby.

If $30 max you should wait until next week. It could be motor, capacitor, variable speed module, circuit board, blower relay.

I hope it doesnt take him long to figure it out at $30.

I really wish you well and I will open this to the others.
