Changing from old janitors HPT 18-60 to a Honeywell RTH111 and the labels for the old do not match up for the new...can you help?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Just a few the wiring labeled and went to put them in the new and discovered they didn't all match up
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Um old wires are Y-yellow W-White R-red C-blue O - orange G-green and E -brown

Alright so according to your wires that you have the thermostat you purchased will not work with your set up.You have what looks to me is electric heat and heat pump?The thermostat you just purchased can only do one or the other.
