When we set the ac to a higher temp, it still runs...maybe

Customer Question

When we set the ac to a higher temp, it still runs...maybe its the blower? Why doesn't it just stop until the warmer temp is reached?
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: Had it installed in Feb, but have noticed the blower going all summer long with the ac
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Is it hard to do...have no electrical experience :o
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: Nope, the Hvac guys were the installers and tested it. We just had a tuneup too last month...
JA: Are you an HVAC professional?
Customer: No, just home owner
