thermostat has STG 1-2 on it and its not cooling
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: IDK nothing is frozen up and filter is fine, no water in the tray
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: if possible we will

hi i am dan and i can help you with this. most likely there is a problem with the system itself. if the indoor unit is blowing air through the vents then the problem is with the outdoor unit. if you can provide the model number of the equipment i can look up some specs to help you better. also this may require an electrical multimeter to test some parts if you have one
