Im trying to find an answer as to why my downstairs is not

Im trying to find an answer as to why my downstairs is not cooling but the upstairs is
JA: I'll do all I can to help. How long have you been dealing with this?
Customer: just today.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Im not sure. it depends on the type of work that needs to be done. Although, I would like to save as much money as possible
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: prior to that issue. the HVAC person came out and cleaned out my unit and replaced refrigerant and noticed some corrosion on the coils
JA: Are you an HVAC professional?
Customer: no I'm not

SO you replaced the icemaker and fill valve?
