Customer: My ac unit upka 0330 jaz will not start
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: I checked the filters. The downstairs unit works fine but not the unit for upstairs.
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: Yes
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: I pressed a button on it about 3 months ago when I had this same issue and it worked. Now the button seem stiff.

When you say downstairs you mean you have 2 separate ac systems?

Or one blower inside and one ac unit outside?
