I change my thermostat and now it will not come back on the new one or the old one
JA: Just to clarify, do you think this is a larger HVAC problem, or something specific to the thermostat?
Customer: is was working good before i change it
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: yes if i can

Customer: the unit is only 3 years old i just the new nest

Did you shut off power to furnace while changing t-stat?

I did but its not coming back on and i don't know where to look for the fuse to see if that it i have and model ca 13na036-a

You gave me the model number of AC outside, you need to get the exact make and model of the indoor furnace unit. Fuse are found in the indoor, and is usually on the circuit board.

OK, fuse are usually the little square colored plastic type use also for cars. and plugged into electronic board
