We have replaced the ignitor when the the furnace it only

we have replaced the ignitor when the the furnace it only runs for 10 seconds then shuts off
JA: Did you check the furnace's filters?
Customer: are you there
JA: No. I'm the HVAC Technician's Assistant.
Customer: any idea when we can talk to a tec
JA: Do you plan on doing the work yourself?
Customer: posibly but need to figure out what is wrong first
JA: Anything else we should know to help you best?
Customer: the furnace started by running a few minutes shutting off then starting again and doing the same-now it only runs for a few seconds and shuts off

1. Please provide model on furnace

2.Your furnace should have an led light or a couple of led lights on control board that will give us a pattern such as 2 blink pause or 3 blink pause if there is an issue with furnace. Turning power off and back on of course resets board until next failure. Watch and as soon as blower keeps running when it should have stopped, look through small inspection window in blower panel and count the number of flashes between pausing.That will tell us where to start troubleshooting
