Customer Question

HELLO, just turn on the first time my ductless ac, two indoor units start working for 10-12 mints and then comes up E1, using remote turn off ok, waiting for 10-12 mints press on, and it works again, then 12 mints stops with E1, filter new. thanks
JA: Did you double-check the thermostat? And what about the unit's filters?
Customer: temp in room 76, temp on remote 75, brand new, never used, factory
JA: What are all the symptoms of the problem (error codes, flashing lights, etc.)?
Customer: only E1
JA: What happened just before this problem started? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just turn on first time today, check all lines, no leaks, all valves are open, dispower for a few mints and turn again, work for 12 mints and E1
JA: Anything else you want the HVAC tech to know before I connect you?
