The A/C stops heating for no reason - compressor runs, fans

Customer Question

The A/C stops heating for no reason - compressor runs, fans turning and emitting cold air, control pad displays "standby".
Has happened before but after investigating found fans were jammed.
Removed obstruction - reset power and it worked fine, not this time.

Good Evening BillyHvac, my system is working once again, - standby has disappeared from the screen. I'm concerned that there maybe an issue that may need to be addressed, as this is the second time it's gone onto standby and stopped heating.

Check your condensate drain and see if you have a water safety/drain switch.

It is the most common cause of this off/on type failure
