Hello, My name is***** a maintenance Technician Dept store at the mall. I'm trying to troubleshoot a FIT box. The diagnostic : is FLOW SENSOR FAILLURE, Air valve position is at 79%. What should I look at first or repair??

Hello, first and most importantly you need to locate the pneumatic controls diagram for the store you are at...then locate the flow sensor by use of the diagram. Then get me the brand and model number of the flow sensor and I will pull the tech data on it.

It is most likely that the air bleed orifice in the flow sensor is clogged with debris.

We can go from there
