I was having hard connecting because of my password, anyway i am having a unit which is not cooling the house as it should be, and i have a lot of readings which i must give you

Outside temp is 90 right now, temp coming out from condensor fan is 100, temp going to evap is 75 and coming out of evap is 69

thank you...sounds low on freon.

Clean coils....but sounds more like a freon issue

Suction pressure is 65 and high side 225, system using R22

I opened the evap and test the txv looks like its working fine , pressure moving up and down when i put it in ice and warm it by hand

At 90 f outside you should be 75 suction, 265 head and a 15 degree delta T
