Customer Question

As a followup to your post about the Koldwave KW1212/KU1212 infrared remote (posted 2 years ago), [ ] Is there any way to receive the contact email of this original customer that asked the question? I would like to discuss with them, as I am in the same boat, but believe we could mutually benefit from each other.

No need for any help. I only wanted to know which hotel and their contact info had the old infrared controllers so I could ask to receive one and use on an IR decoder to pick up the frequency & binary control codes. Instead I have already begun to brute force an IR transmitter to control my existing AC unit with its lost IR remote.
