i have a fedderes a/c unit in the wall. it doesnt drip at all but has a big pool of nasty water when i look through vents. can i push out the 2 cap looking things under the outside cabinet to let it drain all that out?

Hello, use needle nose pliers to pull the plastic plugs out... Let me know how that goes.
