I have checked all breakers, wiring, safety switch's. Before replacing the thermostat I wanted to get suggestion on what else to check. This started right after I replace the furnace blower motor. Sometimes it will stay on for hours. This morning (after unplugging the unit it immediately went to a black screen and the fan stayed on.

You probably burnt the fuse in furnace control board, go and check that

Sorry I am a novice at this, misquoted the part I replaced. It was the ac blower motor. Same deal? Burnt fuse?
