My name is Billy.

There are 3 ways this can happen.

The unit is not pitched downward to the cannot be level but mus have a slight angle towards outside down.

The unit is plugged inside not allowing the water to reach weep holes

The unit is low on charge or has a dirty filter which caused a freeze up. (eliminate this if the unit is still cooling well)
