Panasonic 36PEF1U6 31,200 BTU multi Zone Mini-Split Concealed (4) Duct Heat Pump & Air Conditioner
New install, blower fan runs continuously in either mode, outdoor unit cycles properly upon reaching set temperature. All controller modes are functioning properly. Is this common with this unit?

My name is Billy.

Anytime the unit is in a "feature"..cooling, heating, dry, etc...the fan runs non stop.

It is the only way the unit can sense temp at the air input where the sensor is. The fan will run as long as it is in a mode. The only way to stop is to turn to off. The fan feature is desired as it mixes the air in the room preventing hot/cold spots....and since the temp sensor is in the unit and not the remote it requires constant air flow.
