I didn't realize the chat was a robot. I'm having issues with my Rheem air conditioner. Model RAKA-030JAZ. The outside unit will not turn on. I get a blinking snowflake on the inside thermostat. I changed the capacitor, but still nothing. What do I do now? I'm pretty handy, but limited knowledge in this area.

Sorry I didn't get a notification that you had replied. When there is a demand for the unit to work try using a stick to spin the outdoor fan hard and tell me what that does
