My name is Billy. If "WAIT" has been on screen more than 5 minutes then the delay timer in the thermostat is defective.

Unfortunately the thermostat cannot be field repaired and must be replaced.

If you would like to try a wiring temporary bypass I could assist

then tell me what color wire is on what terminal. is on r...yellow on y

how do I remove the wires? They are not screw in, its a plastic piece and something is holding the wires in place
