I just installed a 4-ton Goodman ac unit with a Copeland

Customer Question

I just installed a 4-ton Goodman ac unit with a Copeland scroll compressor, but compressor reads 150 psig on both sides. The compressor and fan motor operates as if everything if working, but no cool air, suction line is the same temp as the discharge side. Discharge side is the same. ???

If you are saying the compressor is running but pressures are equalized, the compressor is defective.You either have bad compressor valves or it is broken internally not pumping refrigerant.
