I am replacing a xt 500 trane thermostat with a Honeywell

hello I am replacing a xt 500 trane thermostat with a Honeywell rth7600d and wire colors don't match

Customer: ok I have black,white,blue,green,yellow,red,orange and last wire is pink (violet )

Customer: no I had my hvac man over today replacing a capacitor and topping off my trane xl1200 unit which is 2.5 ton and single stage I believe
