Customer Question

I am trying to install a NEST 3rd gen thermostat. I have an oil boiler for baseboard forces water hear, and a ducted central AC. They are currently on 2 separate thermostats. I need to wire them together into 1 nest, nest says it can be done but told me they won't help me wire it for liability and I should ask a pro. I have a photo ready of the wires attached to both thermostats.

This will entail quite a bit of electrical controls engineering, I can help you with that, and supply a complete wiring diagram including drawings for the relay or logic controls box on a premium services basis.

I will attach an offer.
