My raypak 206 starts to igninite and the gives an ing code and will not light. What needs to be cleaned or replaced

Quite often all that is needed is to clean and buff the ignition rod/sensors.

They may look clean but they develop a glaze coating which hinders the flame rectification process.

Use steel wool and clean all metal ignition parts and rods...blow out burner area...make sure gas supply to unit.
