Customer Question

The unit inside my home has a 20x20x1 air filter, and I replaced it yesterday. However, I checked the filter today and it's getting sucked up the air way of the unit.
JA: Sometimes HVAC issues that that you think will be really complicated end up being easy to fix. The HVAC Technician I'm going to connect you with knows all the tricks and shortcuts. Tell me a bit more about what's going on so we can help you best.
Customer: I replaced the air filter for the unit inside my home, yesterday. I came home today and checked the filter and the air is sucking that filter out of its original shape, as if it's already worn out.
JA: Is there anything else the HVAC Technician should be aware of?
Customer: The system isn't keeping the house cool on the temp I set it on b/c the air filter isn't working.
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the HVAC Technician about your situation and then connect you two.
