Hello and thanks for using this service, if you have been waiting do not worry or get upset. I am HVAC Guru an extremely experienced tech on the site and I try to get to as many customers as I can. I just picked up your question now. NOTE it takes time for me to type research and add links so please wait for me to respond back I can only do this so fast. Secondly I am not paid anything until you rate my service good using the STAR RATING LINK at the top of your page, the money is paid to the site not me directly. How long has it been after you reset the router, sometimes it takes 10-20 minutes to reconnect

Hello, it might be a web problem or an issue with Carriers server, give it a while, several hours, then get back to me.

The electronics in todays systems can be buggy, about like microsoft and the rest of the web, patience pays off... there is no shortage of false reads. I have been in the business since 1965, it is getting slightly better these days, however the HVAC electronics have also gotten a lot more complex and failure prone... so it is still a bit of a push.
