I'm trying to figure out a non-standard wiring for hooking up Honeywell RTH3100C. My unit has the following wires: G C R W1 Y O

Contractor's Assistant: Thanks. Can you give me any more details about your issue?

Wiring doesn't match install instructions. Unit has G C R W1 Y O wires

Was able to get it working. Turns out that Honeywell's 5 min for system reset is actually more like 10 min.
