The rollout is a sensor (see attached pic for typical) that's located just outside the burner chamber. You can try turning off the power then push the small button between the 2 wires. If it clicks you have reset it and the burner will fire up with any luck when you turn the power back on. If it doesn't click then you could have a bad sensor or a bad connection in the wiring.
