We have a Lennox pulse mo. no. GI 403 60 20, after the fan

Customer Question

Hi. We have a Lennox pulse mo. no. GI 403 60 20, after the fan starts and the heater ignites we've hear a noise that we've not heard before like a low pitched hum also there is a smell associated with the noise. The smell has an odor like rotten eggs. I suspect there is a problem in the combustion process. Any ideas
