do you know what breaker it is in the electrical panel box?

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
I don't. But it was flipped back immediately.
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
I just need to get the touchscreen to come back on....
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
The switch that was flipped was the 2 yellow and black ones
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

okay we can try this............ I would like you to go to the breaker and then switch them ALL the way to the OFF position and then back to the ON ..............lets see if this will resolve the issue .........they have to be the ones that were flipped

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
just the ones that were tripped?
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

yes .......they should be to your burner

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
I did but still nothing on the display.
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

do you know if your burner is working?

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
No. How do I check it?
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

well you would hear it .........a motor .....a circulator .....like water going through

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
Gotcha. I found the unit and nothing is on.
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
Where is the center button located? There aren't any buttons on the touchscreen
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

K. It is a icomfort s30
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
Are u still there?
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

I think if we do a reset on this it will wipe out all your programming and you will have to redo it .............is that okay ..............and you aren't getting anything on the screen right ?

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
Correct. Nothing on the screen the whole unit is shut down so we will need to reboot.
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

do you know if there is a battery in there?

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
It is a new system so we didn't have any temps really programmed.
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

well thats a plus

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
Is there a button I can push on the access point (looks like a router)
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

sure we can try that ...........we might have to take it off if this doesn't reset

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

there is a center button there .............press and hold that for 5 seconds

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
I did
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
But nothing happened
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

okay .........unplug the router and shut off the breaker ..........then come and plug it back and turn on the breaker ...........its imperative that you are getting the right breaker switch so we are not making a mistake trying to reset this

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
Unfortunately there is not a place to unplug the router
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

there are lights on it ......after shutting the breaker see if the lights went out

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

if not you'll have to find that circuit too

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
No lights are lit up before I turn off the circuit.
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
It is as if there is no power but all breakers are on right now
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

you made sure to turn it ALL the way off and then back on .......because the router should give some kind of indicator light ........they all have that

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

do me a favor take a picture of your panel box too

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
HVAC Technician: Eddie, Home Improvement Contractor replied 2 years ago

Ask Your Own HVAC Question
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
Because the yellow and black were the only ones I accidentally moved.
Customer reply replied 2 years ago
I appreciate your time and help at this point I am just going to call for somebody to come out and fix.
